Skrill Completes Purchase of UKash

Electronic payment processor Skrill has announced that it has completed its acquisition deal of voucher payment processor UKash. The deal has been completed just in time for Skrill to be purchased by Optimal Payments, who also owns fellow payment processor Neteller. The new deal will see Skrill’s Paysafecard able to expand in markets throughout the world. 

As a result of the deal, UKah’s CEO David Hunter is reportedly going to step down.
