  • Tabetha, I am very sorry for all the hassle you've been through during your attempt to register at Slotland. As mentioned by my colleague who provided you with more info on the security checks, during registration, all submitted details including your IP address are automatically reviewed, which is the reason why your registration was not approved. Once there is any negative record associated with one of the registered items, the registration is automatically blocked. There can be several reasons. Multiple account registration, bad credit rating, identity theft or unusual online activity, to name a few. Hope this helps!

  • This is one of my favorite casinos. The welcome bonus is one of the best out there. The variety of games is fabulous. The VIP rewards are wonderful. Customer service chat is always quick, friendly and efficient. Quite honestly I don't think I can find a negative thing to say about this casino.

  • HORRIBLE customer service!! Upon my attempt to sign up with them, I received an error message. I contacted Live Chat, and the operator simply kept repeating that the "details" I provided failed their security check, he apologized for the inconvenience, and thanked me for my patience with the matter. Didn't matter what I said, that was the response. I tried to find out what "details," as all I provided was my name, address, etc. Same answer. I explained I was confused..same answer. I asked if I was going to get any other response? Same answer. Certainly not a casino on my recommendation list!

  • Hey Yappy. Thanks for your comment. Let me explain what I mean about NetEnt tending to stay with the typical formats. There are more software companies than ever trying to get distribution deals for their content. At this point, you can't be like Arrow's Edge and just throw whatever against the wall and hope it sticks regardless of quality -- there has to be something that makes you really stand out. NetEnt's thing that makes them stand out is the way they approach things graphically. The relationship between Temple Quest and Spinata Grande is a really good example of this. The visual appeal of Spinata Grande is the [only] advantage it has over Temple Quest, and that visual appeal is what NetEnt has become really known for. Because of this, I would contend that it would be really unlikely for Net Entertainment to start going after super atypical game layouts (like the Megaways format); that's just not the angle they've been working to stand out. Along these lines, you'll rarely see Net Entertainment break out of the 5x3 or 5x4 format for video slots. Spinata Grande's 5x4 format is only second in volume to the 5x3 layout that it seems like 90% of video slots are these days. The concept of the giant symbols won't really work well on a 5x3, so it's a necessity there to use the 5x4 instead. Long story short, I don't expect Net Entertainment to go further outside of the box that's been working for them than they have to. Despite having a huge visual appeal, they don't seem to really ever take risks when it comes to features, and I really don't think they're going to take risks on a game format right now that isn't in line with the norm.
