King Digital Entertainment Acquires Non-Stop Games

King Digital Entertainment who you may recall are the owners of the hit online game and app; Candy Crush Saga has recently announced that they will be acquiring Non-Stop Games.

Non-Stop Games is a social games developer currently based in Singapore.  King Digital Entertainment has acquired the company for $6 Million; however, they could end up paying a further $84 million if the company manages to hit the pre-agreed performance targets.

It has been announced that the founders and all current employees of Non-Stop Games will continue working for the company and that they are currently looking to hire additional employees.
