UK Gambling Commission Award License To Betdigital

The UK Gaming Commission has awarded Betdigital, a Remote Gambling Software Operating Licence.  This will allow them to operate legally within the United Kingdom when the country’s new Gambling Licensing and Advertising Act, is introduced in October.

The new gambling act will not only require online gambling sites operating in the UK to be licensed from October, but from January 2015, the software providers they use will also have to be licensed.

The software provider, Betdigital decided to apply for the license early, so that the games they supply to; Gala Coral, Ladbrokes and William Hill would not have any problems later on down the line.
