Kansspelautoriteit and Malta’s Lottery and Gaming Authority to Collaborate

Over the last couple of years, it has been common practice for different national jurisdictions to meet up to discuss common matters of interest regarding online and land based gambling regulations.  

Malta’s Lottery and Gaming Authority and Kansspelautoriteit, the gaming authority for the Netherlands have decided to take things one step further by signing an official collaboration pact ahead of the legalisation of online gambling in the Netherlands.

The collaboration will allow both parties to create the best player protection for their jurisdiction, as well as a strong monitoring system for the sites that have gained an online gambling license.
