Intertain Completes Purchase of Dumarca Holdings Plc
Back in October 2014, Intertain Group Ltd sent a letter of intent to Dumarca Holdings Plc to purchase their company. Dumarca is the parent company of the Vera&John Group, who owns and operates Vera&John Casino.
We are very happy to close this transaction and look forward to growing the Company both organically and from other potential acquisitions

The acquisition has since been completed; thanks to an initial cash payment of €44.5 million. Intertain partly funded the payment through existing cash in the company and a €10 Million interim bridge loan that has to be repaid by December 2019.
As well as a cash payment, Intertain also gave Dumarca over 5 million of their common shares.
