Kahnawake Gaming Commission Creates New Licensing Category

The Kahnawake Gaming Commission has created a new licensing category named Inter-Jurisdictional Authorisation that will allow online operators to operate in multiple jurisdictions without having to apply for multiple licenses.

Online casino operators will have to prove that they already have an authentic online gambling license from a primary jurisdiction that itself has been subjected to an in-depth inspection.  If this is the case, then they will be able to apply for an Inter-Jurisdictional Authorisation from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.

There will be a one-off application fee of $2,000, plus a yearly licensing fee of $10,000.  Operators who successfully apply for the license will also be welcome to host their online business in the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake.
