Delaware Sees Decline in Online Gambling Profits

Delaware is one of the three states in the Unites States of America where online gambling is legal.  However, it hasn’t all be plain sailing for the state, as sadly the online gambling sites running legally haven’t been making the financial figures they were aiming for.

Delaware State Lottery has recently released their performance figures for May 2014 and even though a staggering $9 million was wagered by players in the state, a net gain of just over $72,000 was made.  This meant that their revenues were down by 47% compared to April 2014.

Online Poker operators in Delaware also recorded a decline in profits of 22.42% compared to April 2014.
