Optimal Payments to Expand to USA

Optimal Payment Plc is a British based payment company that has recently announced that it is purchasing not only all of partnership interests, but also the trades and assets of the California based payment processing company; Meritus Payment Solutions.

The deal is worth over $235 Million and will instantly supply Optimal Payment with over 8,000 customers in the United States of America.  Optimal Payment will still be operating under Meritus Payment Solutions in the USA, and will be looking to expand their portfolio in America further.

Optimal Payments are aiming for the deal to be completed by the end of September 2014.
