Playtika Consolidates Various Acquisitions under One Brand

In 2011, Playtika became part of the Caesars Interactive Entertainment group, which saw them acquire a number of additional social game development companies.

They have since announced that they are planning on consolidating all of the companies they have purchased over the years all under the Playtika brand.  The corporate rebranding will see the following social game development companies as part of the Playtika brand; WSOP, Buffalo Studios and Pacific Interactive.

The CEO and founder of Playtika, Robert Antokol has commented that by integrating all the companies under one universal brand; it will give the company a combined goal of creating highly immersive social games.
