eCOGRA to Offer Free Alternative Dispute Resolution Service to Online Gamblers

Over the past 12 years, eCOGRA has worked within the online gambling industry, setting and monitoring player treatment standards, as well as acting as an impartial mediator between operators and players.

Members at online gaming sites that are licensed by the UK Gambling Commission will now be able to use eCOGRA’s free Alternative Dispute Resolution service, to resolve any disputes they may be having with operators.
