Holland Casino Group Finally Makes a Profit after Seven Years

The government owned Holland Casino Group currently operates 14 land based casinos throughout the Netherlands. Over the last seven years, they have published loss making performances, which included a €22 Million loss just last year.

Over the course of the last 12 months, they have made some drastic changes to the company by first of all firing over 500 employees and by also improving their management departments. It seems this approach has worked for the company as they since posted a record of their 2014 Fiscal Reports showing a €12 Million profit.

The government is planning on now selling the company, with ten of the locations being sold as the Holland brand, with the remaining four locations to be sold to private companies.
