New Jersey Discuss Tighter Regulations to Sway Credit Card Companies

Our previous news article at Casino Slots talked about how New Jersey has been actively trying to get unlicensed and illegal online gambling sites removed from the market.  

However, they haven’t stopped there, as they have also been discussing how they can improve the number of successful credit/debit card transaction that go through at their online gambling sites.  If you are a regular reader at our site, then you may recall that only 40% of credit/debit transactions made at online gambling sites in New Jersey were successfully completed.

New Jersey are hoping to fix this problem by passing a bill that will put in place stricter licensing requirements for payment companies that handle any monetary transactions for online gambling sites. They believe this would make banks more agreeable to fund internet gambling accounts.
