Has YouTube Changed Its Gambling Content T&C’s?

Over the weekend, YouTube closed a range of channels featuring interest in gambling or actual promotional slot videos without any consultation to the owners.  This led to in-depth discussions between slot fans and online gambling affiliates on a range of forums, who believe that YouTube silently changed their terms and conditions to ban any gambling content.

The change is believed to be to protect viewers who live in a jurisdiction where gambling is illegal or not advertised.  It is thought that the affected channels will move their video content to Vimeo.
