Amax International to Purchase Forenzia Enterprises

It has been announced that Amax International will be acquiring 60% of the investment company, Forenzia Enterprises for $6.2 Million.  This development will give them control of the company and also access to their Vanuatu online gambling license.

Amax is planning on using the license to install a range of online gaming terminals in luxury hotels throughout Vanuatu, which will allow the user to enjoy live baccarat games.  They have been approved for a fifteen-year license, which will result in them paying a $50,000 annual renewal fee and a tax of 2.5% on net winnings.
