Czech Republic to Make Changes to Gambling Regulations

A proposal has been made to the Czech Ministry to change the current regulations surrounding gambling in the country.  They are hoping to tighten the regulations on gambling machines located in petrol stations and restaurants, as well as increasing the market by allowing out of country online gambling sites to apply for a license.

Currently, to run a legal online gambling site in the Czech Republic you also have to own a land based casino in the country.  The new regulations are still in the early stages of development; however, it is hoped they will be finalised by 2016.
