Netherlands Gaming Authority Invites Gambling Operators to Express Interest

Kansspelautoriteit, the Netherlands Gaming Authority, made an announcement at this month’s EiG Berlin asking online gambling operators who would be interested in operating in the Netherlands to register their intent.

From Monday the 1st of December, there will be a registration form on their website.  Kansspelautoriteit will then assess the operators interested in operating in the Netherlands based on their current online offerings, as well as getting to know each operator on an individual basis.

We would have thought this would be somewhat of a slow process, as the draft gambling bill they sent to parliament back in July still hasn’t been finalised.
