Pennsylvanian Politician Opposes Reintroduction of the Wire Act

Mike Sturla, a Democratic Representative from Lancaster Country will be attending a meeting with House Represented this week to talk about the resurrection of the Wire Act.  

Sturla believes that the legalisation of online gambling should lay with the individual state and; therefore, should not receive a federal ban.  He believes that the House Resolution 1095 act backs his argument as it supports states rights.

Sturla knows that not everyone will agree on the issues surrounding online gambling; however, he believes each state should be allowed the right to debate the issue, rather than it being banned on a federal level.
