Greedy For Gold: A New Slot Adventure by Booming Games
Booming Games has launched an exciting new addition to their portfolio and Greedy for Gold series: an Irish-themed slot titled Greedy For Gold Power Hit 10,000, starring the lovable leprechauns, Finn and Fergus.
Bringing together captivating gameplay mechanics with impressive jackpot opportunities, this game offers players the chance to win rewards that can exceed 10,000 times their initial stake. The game starts off with a fairly unique reel structure, providing players with 576 distinct ways to win.
Game Features and Winning Mechanics
At the core of its gameplay are the collector symbols, strategically positioned on the first and fifth reels. These symbols are pivotal as they gather the values of coins that appear across the three central reels. When both collector symbols appear in a single spin, the collected amount is doubled, leading to even more lucrative rewards. Each coin symbol in the game has its multiplier value, which further defines the rewards when a collector lands.
One of the game's standout features is the Reel Frenzy bonus. Triggered at random, this feature enhances the action by adding multipliers ranging from x2 to x5 over the collector reels, escalating the value of the collected coins.
Additionally, the Second Chance mechanic comes into play when players land six coins without a collector symbol during a base game spin, offering a free respin for another opportunity to collect the coin values.
The game also introduces special jackpot coins in addition to regular coin symbols, which players can collect in pursuit of one of the four progressive jackpots available. The jackpot values grow during standard play, but once the Free Spins feature activates, these jackpots are locked at their maximum potential, ripe for players to claim.
Expanding Reels and Enhanced Free Spins Feature
The Free Spins feature is an enticing aspect of Greedy For Gold Power Hit 10,000. Players can trigger it when three scatter symbols appear on the central reels. Alternatively, a single scatter may randomly activate the feature. Initially awarding 10 free spins, players can earn an additional 10 free spins by landing three more scatters.
This feature expands the reel configuration from a 3x4x4x4x3 to a 3x6x6x6x3 layout, boosting the number of win ways from 576 to an impressive 1,944. With the expanded reels, collector symbols gain added functionality during Free Spins. They stay active over three spins, shifting one position downwards with each round. If players secure more coin wins in this phase, the collector symbol returns to the top of its reel, offering renewed collection opportunities.
The thrill of Reel Frenzy persists as it activates at random in Free Spins, with an option available for players to purchase direct access to the feature, ensuring Reel Frenzy remains in play.
Craig Asling, Director of Games at Booming Games, commented: "Booming Games’ coin-crazy leprechaun, Finn, returns this month in Greedy For Gold Power Hit 10,000 – an all-new Irish adventure that boasts bigger wins than ever before!"
Incorporating returning characters Finn and Fergus, the slot is built upon a foundation of collectible coin values and progressing jackpots, ensuring that players remain entertained through both the base game and bonus rounds.
