LVFH to Join Partnership for Online Gaming in Mexico

The Las Vegas from Home.com Entertainment Inc also known as LVFH has announced that they have signed a letter of intent to partner up with Codere Group and Aztec Group to enter the online gaming industry in Mexico.

Codere is a multinational gaming company that is currently the biggest land based bingo operator in Mexico.  Aztec Group is a mass media company that happens to be the second largest in Mexico. Together the three companies will be launching a new company called NEWCO.

Codere and Aztec Group will own the controlling percentage of the company at 51% with LVFH owning 49%.  The new website will allow players to play HTML5 quality games across a wide array of platforms. Content will include; casino games, poker, sportsbook and bingo.
