Our Take

While browsing the site...
…we have noticed that it has a very irritating tone, addressing itself in the third person. T&C and FAQ pages are mixed, and each segment starts with Jack talks online casino or talks bonuses, etc.

It seems like Jack talks a lot but doesn’t tell us any meaningful. There is a serious lack of information regardless of many help sections, articles and pages. It gives the impression that the site’s half-done, but it is still up and running. Please do accept the Terms of use, but we'll fail to provide you the details about it.

This is unacceptable and raises suspicion. Another thing that made us raise our eyebrow is the lack of the license mark on the site. It said that this is an “online casino based in Malta”, but it doesn’t specify is it legally regulated by MGA. As the only sign of its safety is the statement that the operator “only partners with legitimate payment methods.

The time will show will the vital information and details will be added to T&C and other important sections including banking and FAQ. Since it has a strong base of games and solid promotions, JacksPay casino could be one of the recommendable venues. But until it displays its license and fills the big gaps, it will never live up to its full potential.
