The concept is being debuted in the UK by the Coral Gaming Group and has been named Coral Connect. Coral Connect won’t just make things easier for their players, as it will also be able to provide more information to their staff members too. Their ground-breaking IMS back office system will synchronise with retail operators, meaning that employees of the Coral Group will be able to see a player’s full gaming history, no matter how they play.
The new system is now available at all 1,800 Coral Betting shops in the UK.
