iGame and Plus One Dreams to Merge
iGame and Plus One Dreams have signed a letter of intent, which will see iGame purchase the majority of shares in Plus One Dreams business. The deal is due to take place on Thursday the 15th of May, and will result in over 100 employees being employed under the iGame brand. Once the merger successfully goes through, iGame is hoping to expand and hire more employees, which is good news for the economy.
This is a dream merger for both parties. The two companies have known each other for many years and have a long lasting mutual respect and trust for each other.

iGame launched their company in 2001, and since then has created a range of different Nordic focused gambling sites that include; Casinohuone, 24hpoker, iGame, Pokerihuione and Veikkaushuone.
Plus One Dreams offers players both a mobile and online gaming experience with the following four sites; Bohemia Casino, Hertat, Kolikkopelit and Leijonaksino.
Both of the companies currently hold gaming licenses from Malta.
