Mr Green Ltd Acquires MyBet Italia SRL

It has recently been announced that Mr Green Ltd has acquired MyBet Italia SRL so that they can help them to launch into the Italian market.  

The current CEO, Gianluca Torricelli and the rest of the MyBet Italia management team will stay in their current positions and will be tasked with helping Mr Green to launch their online website in Italy. Their first job will be to help them secure a license from the AAMS, who are the gaming regulators in Italy.

They are hoping to be up and running in the country by the second quarter of 2015.  However, they are being realistic and are not expecting to make any profits for the year from the Italian leg of their site.
