Greentube Acquires AbZorba Games LLC

It has recently been announced that Greentube; part of the Novomatic Group has acquired AbZorba Games LLC.  AbZorba Games is based in the United States of America and is a mobile social casino company that provides a business to business white label turnkey platform to its clients.

It hasn’t been announced how much money the company was acquired for; however, we do know that their games are popular on Google Play and the App Store.

The founding members of the company will be kept on in a management position and have commented about how excited they are to become part of the Novomatic Group.
