Net Entertainment’s Swedish Tax Dispute Continues

Net Entertainment has recently been to Administrative Court, due to the Swedish Tax Agency’s deciding to inflict an additional tax on any business carried out in subsidiaries in Malta.  The rule change meant that the Swedish Government was asking for a supplementary tax of kr92.1 Million.

The court decided to rule in favour of the tax agency.  However, Net Entertainment has decided that they will appeal the decision as they  believe the Administrative Court of Appeal will deliver a verdict in their favour.
