Evolution Gaming To Purchase Ezugi
It's been announced that Evolution Gaming is to buy the Ezugi live dealer business for $12 million in an all-cash deal that will extend their presence into markets across the USA and Latin America.
Evolution Gaming is one of the top providers of live dealer table games to casinos worldwide and the purchase of Ezugi will make this company the only online live dealer network operating in the USA. The initial $12 million cash offer could be extended by another $6 million subject to additional considerations and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2019.
Ezugi operates from multiple studios worldwide and delivers content to land based, online and mobile casinos as well as betting shops.
This strategic deal will see Evolution increase its geographic footprint and accelerate growth. It will enable us to fast-track the accessibility to Evolution’s top-ranking software as well as to support continued industry leadership
