Play'n GO Announce Honey Rush Slot

Online casino games developer Play'n GO have announced the upcoming launch of Honey Rush, a slot game themed around bees. The hexagonal reel set holds 37 symbols and players aim to land clusters of matching symbols to collect some sweet prizes.

Set for launch at online and mobile sites on 31st October, Honey Rush features sticky wilds, multipliers and four levels of gameplay.

The Buzz About Honey Rush 

The grid of symbols sits within a tree and is clearly inspired by the hexagonal shape of honeycombs. Symbols include bronze, silver and gold coins, diamonds, pansies, roses, sunflowers, and cherry blossoms. Players look to land clusters of at least 5 matching symbols on each spin to win prizes, with symbols linked in any direction counting towards the combination.

A Worker Colony feature can occur in any non-winning spin. It's a random feature that creates clusters of at least 7 matching symbols around whatever symbol is in the centre of the grid.

A Hive of Activity

All winning clusters contribute to a Rush Meter. Winning symbols are removed from the grid, leaving spaces for new symbols. If this creates a new combination, the Rush Meter continues to fill.

Players move through 4 levels as the meter fills up, collecting sticky wild honeypot symbols as they move through each stage. These move around the grid, helping to complete combinations of clusters and applying multipliers of up to 3x to any winnings. Multiple clusters combine to boost wins by up to 9x.

Moving up the meter with collections of 80 symbols in a sequnce, players activate the Drone Colony level, where clusters surround the central symbol. At the Queen Colony level, activated by 160 symbols in a series of clusters, big clusters of 20 symbols will appear, with the chance to fill all 37 spots with matching symbols for huge wins.

Honey Rush will be available to play across all platforms from the end of October. Players can stake between 0.20 and 100.00 per spin, winning up to 200x their stakes when clusters of diamond symbols appear. The default RTP of Honey Rush is set at 96.5%
