Play'n GO Expands in the U.S. with Exciting Game Releases and Future Plans

With the G2E Las Vegas event fast approaching, ’s Head of Game Retention, George Olekszy, unveiled insights into the company's substantial growth within the U.S. iGaming market. Since stepping into the U.S. in 2022, Play’n GO has swiftly grown its footprint, enthralling American players with exclusive game launches and innovative content specifically tailored for the U.S. audience.

Spotlighting Recent Successes

When quizzed about Play’n GO’s triumphs in the U.S., Olekszy spotlighted the exclusive debut of Piggy Blitz through a partnership with BetMGM in late December 2023. Officially launched across all licensed U.S. states on January 18, 2024, it quickly soared to prominence, especially in New Jersey. During its initial month, Piggy Blitz was celebrated as the number one new release in New Jersey and secured the second-highest new release title nationwide. Remarkably, this acclaim was achieved even while being initially available solely via BetMGM.

In February 2024, Piggy Blitz sustained its momentum, attaining the fourth position in the esteemed Eilers and Krejcik Online Game Performance Top Slots report, a testament to its popularity across the U.S. online gaming spectrum. This ranking held particular significance as the game had only been recently introduced to the market. Olekszy also highlighted the impressive performance of Colt Lightning Firestorm, which premiered last month. Initially launched as a BetRivers exclusive for three weeks in August, it then extended its availability to other Play’n GO operator partners.

The performance has been pretty staggering,” Olekszy noted, expressing confidence that Colt Lightning Firestorm would soon join the ranks of Play’n GO’s top-performing U.S. games. This early positive reception further cements Play’n GO’s standing in the U.S. market. Another notable release this year is Midnight Princess Power of Love. Building on the company's esteemed Moon Princess series, it has enthralled American players with its engaging characters, dynamic mechanics, and captivating graphics. Following in the footsteps of other successful Play’n GO grid slots like Reactoonz and Rise of Olympus 100, Midnight Princess Power of Love has enjoyed a robust start in the U.S.

When discussing why Play’n GO’s titles have struck a chord with U.S. players, Olekszy emphasized the company’s doctrine of designing games for a global audience. Upcoming U.S. releases are generating considerable enthusiasm. Titles like Midnight Princess 100 and Oasis of Dead are set to debut soon, with the former arriving shortly and the latter in three weeks. Additionally, Rise of Olympus Origins, anticipated around Halloween, promises to build on the success of Rise of Olympus 100, which has already performed outstandingly in the U.S.

As Play’n GO gears up for the G2E Las Vegas showcase, Olekszy underscored the event's import for the company. “It’s no secret how massive G2E is for Play’n GO every year, and this year is no different,” he remarked. The three-day event at the Venetian Expo provides an essential platform for Play’n GO to engage with existing and potential partners while flaunting the best of their offerings.
