Products and Services

As you’ve probably figured out so far, AvatarUX is all about video slots, but they claim that they make engaging games that players want to play. Each and every step of their development process starts and ends with the player experience in mind. This means that they design all the game mechanics and select each and every detail so that it provides a fun, engaging and immersive gaming experience.

This must be the reason why the almighty Yggdrasil chose to add them to its flagship Yggdrasil Game Server, commonly referred to as YGS.

It needs to be pointed out that these guys are experts from social and real-money games, and their games are highly interactive, with a pronounced Asian DNA aimed for the European market. It’s no wonder Yggdrasil wants to add some action packed titles with state-of-the-art gamification features to their already excellent portfolio of games.

Following Fantasma Games, Northern Lights, and Rabcat, AvatarUX is actually the fourth studio on the YGS Masters roster. On top of all this, the little independent studio will also have access to Yggdrasil’s collection of in-game promo tools called BOOST, which means they really aim for the best gaming experience possible.

When asked to comment on the partnership, Stuart McCarthy, Head of Studio Partnerships at Yggdrasil, had this to say: “We are hugely excited to be partnering exclusively with AvatarUX. What we have seen so far has been stunning so we can’t wait to release a series of collaborative new titles onto the market. As a publisher looking to work with studios around the globe that fit local criteria.

YGS Masters is about forging partnerships with the world’s premier independent studios that fit in with local criteria across a multitude of markets. This then brings new, high-quality and highly original gaming experiences to our customers.”

Carson Wan, the Managing Director of AvatarUX also added: “We are thrilled to be working with Yggdrasil. The YGS Masters program is rapidly growing to become a leading venture allowing independent studios to blossom, and we eagerly look forward to being part of it.

Our games are unique. Why do we make slot games in Asia for the European market? Well, it worked for Bruce Lee! YGS Masters now gives us the opportunity to use Yggdrasil’s infrastructure and platform capabilities, including BOOST®, to really push us, enhance our games and take our business to the next level.”

About the Games

AvatarUX has only managed to release two games so far, but both of them are quite impressive and are an excellent indication of what these guys are truly capable of.

PopRocks has quite a catchy name, and it actually is the very beginning of a series of games called PopWins. As the title implies, you are about to pop some rocks and gems. Each one of those has secret arcane powers, so you can multiply your wins all the way up to the max win potential of 72,188 times your initial bet!

Even though depths of hell may not sound so inviting, even as a theme for a video slot, these guys have managed to pull it off somehow. Lilith’s Inferno is a very hot slot, jam packed with cool features, obstacles and bonus items. Your mission is to defeat all the demons and make the hellish arena into a heavenly place.

The game is characterized by a fairly high RTP of 96.4%, a volatility score of 53, and a hit frequency of 22.1%.

Conclusion

Even though they have only started off recently, the good folks at AvatarUX seem to have some bright future ahead of them. Instead of fighting the rivals on their own, they have chosen the smart path of joining in with one of the industry leaders, so that their products can reach a much larger number of players all around the globe.

What we’ve seen so far looks promising and shows great potential, so we really look forward to hearing and seeing more from these guys!
