Theme

Look at the full moon, it shines so brightly! And the castle…

…is calling you to come in, but somehow it’s too gloomy! Just listen to that obscure tune, it sends shivers down the spine.

Once you load this one, you get the feeling this will be something truly different than anything you have experienced before. The developers’ team really wanted to make something that doesn’t look ordinary. We can only hope that they were successful in maintaining that initial challenging atmosphere full of mystery.

There are many royal-inspired titles or those with a rather unusual layout, but what is it that makes this one so special?

Let's find out!

Betting Options and Functions

There are 6 reels, however, the rows do seem a bit uncommon. Starting from the first one, which has two rows, each next has one more than the previous. This means the last one has seven. There are 192 lines.

Betting starts from 0.40 and it goes up to 200.00, which indeed is a wide range.

As for the functions, there’s an “Autoplay” which allows you to launch up to 200 rounds.

Features Explained

Majority of releases has card icons among the symbols. It’s as traditional as the fruits. There’s something about them since they have been present for quite a long time. Here you will also find these, but their design certainly stands out compared to those we are used to seeing.

So, you will find a heart, spade, club, and diamond. Moreover, you will find Ace, Queen, and King, along with two more royal icons.

There is also a Wild, which substitutes for all the others except for the Bonus. Speaking of, it’s the Golden Horsehead symbol, and it brings additional spins. This one doesn’t appear on the first reel during the base game, and it doesn’t hit the 6th reel during extra spins.

One must admit it seems rather basic for a knight-themed title. After all, there is plenty of room to explore and add more details, which would make the whole creation look even more remarkable.

Our Take

Upon opening this one, you get a strong impression that things will be different here. At least we thought so, as the grid in this one is not something you see often.

However…

…we are honestly somewhere in the middle. The design and coloration are quite good, though music could have been a bit better, but this one does the job. Yet, the limited number of extra features really comes as a disappointment. It seems they hoped the unique pattern would be enough.

WELL, it’s not!

But, the best way to decide is to have a few spins for yourself, and see. It won’t be wasted time, but don’t expect too much.
