Betting Options

The Pig Wizard Megaways is a video slot with six reels, up to five rows and up to 15,625 ways to win developed by Blueprint Gaming.

The number of ways from 64 to the maximum is randomly determined for every spin by selecting between two and five pay symbols for every reel.

Pays are then awarded for two to six matching symbols on adjacent reels from left to right only. Enter the world of the witty wizard on desktop or mobile devices from 0.10 to 10 credits per spin. The game has medium to high volatility with a default RTP of 95.75%.

Speaking of pay symbols…

...they start at the low end with the forever and ever used card royals from 9 through to A, giving you 0.5x to 1x your bet when six land across the reels. At the core of the gameplay…

...in the base game and free spins is the Mystery Mirror tacked to the game window on the left. It can randomly trigger a selection of three modifiers on any spin.

Spinnus Repeatum: A random pay symbol appears in the mirror on every spin. Landing a winning combo with the selected symbol will trigger the Win Streak feature similar to Genie Jackpots Megaways. The combo is locked in place for a respin with only blanks and the said symbol on the reels.

Any further landing attached to the winning combo will be held too and another respin awarded. The feature ends when no new symbol lands on a respin. Wins are only evaluated after the last respin.

Magical Win Spin: The pig wizard can randomly appear to add wilds or mystery symbols to the reels. All mystery symbols will reveal a common pay symbol, except scatters.

Winnus Revealo: The pig wizard will appear again to either turn a losing spin into a win or upgrade the existing one to a bigger win.

Hitting three to six scatters will trigger 10 to 20 Magic Spins, which can be retriggered when minimum two scatters land on a free spin. Two to six scatters will add 5 to 25 free spins to the count, no limits. During the feature, a multiplier window appears on the right (desktop) where a random win multiplier from 2x to 50x will be displayed on every free spin. Not to forget, the three modifiers can trigger during the free spin too.

Our Take

The Pig Wizard Megaways is an entertaining game with the witty hog adding an element of humour and sarcasm to the reels. The win potential is nothing special, not bad and not overly great. 10,000 times the bet is rather standard for Megaways games.
