Silent Run Slot Review
Silent Run is a 5 reel, fixed 25 pay line video slot game by Net Entertainment (Net Ent). It features two different Wild symbols, and a bonus round that allows you to fire torpedoes at enemy ships.
About Silent Run
Silent Run is a submarine themed slot game that takes place under the Pacific Ocean. The symbols in the game include; Submarines, War Ships, Torpedoes, Underwater Mines, Red and Green Sonar Screens, and the A, K, Q, J and 10 letter and number symbols.
The slot game not only allows you to hunt down and destroy virtual enemy war ships, but you can do it whilst listening to some authentic submarine sound effects. The sound effects easily made the hairs on the back of our necks stand up and were a welcome addition to the game.
Betting Options
You can choose to spend between $0.01 and $125 on each spin. The games pay lines are fixed at 25; however, you can change the coin size in the game ($0.01 to $0.50), and how many coins you would like to place on each line (1 to 10).
Slot Features
Silent Run has a couple of exciting features to look out for when playing. The first is the games Wild symbol, which consists of a red warning light. This light can replace the other symbols in the game (excluding the Echo Bonus and the Echo Wild symbols), to make up winning combinations.
The games Echo Wild symbol (Red Sonar Screen) can only appear on the games 3rd reel. When this symbol appears on screen, it will send out three separate sonar signals to try and locate any hidden wild symbols on the reels.
The Echo Bonus symbol is the games Scatter symbol. This Green Sonar Screen symbol can appear anywhere on the games 3rd reel, and when it appears it will send out three sonar signals. These sonar signals will hunt the reels for hidden torpedoes; there can be between 2 and 5 torpedoes hidden on the reels.
Once you have found your torpedoes, you have to fire them at enemy ships. Each ship will reward a prize, and this will be bumped up by the multiplier attached to your torpedo. The 1st torpedo will have a 1x multiplier, the 2nd torpedo a 2x multiplier and the 3rd torpedo a 3x multiplier and so on.
Silent Run also has an Auto Spin feature that can be used for a set amount of spins.
