Twisted Turbine is an online video slot designed and developed by Fantasma Games software provider. It has a futuristic theme and it's based on sci-fi.

The reels are placed on a turbine which twists, yep! The background looks like a lab and there are plenty of things there such as computers, robots, overused machines, engines and such.

On the top and bottom part of the reels you’ll notice two Turbine Robots, a red and a blue one. These robots will play a major role in one of the features we’ll discuss soon enough but, until then let’s take a look at the pay table.

There are 8 regular symbols split into two colors, red and blue just like the Robots. The Red Icons are Robot, Fire, Battery and Metal Nut while the blue versions come in shapes of Robot, Electricity, Battery and once again a Metal Nut.

The combination of Fire and Electricity is the Scatter Symbol which will lead you into the Free Spins while the Wild Icon ( W ) substitutes for every other symbol to help finnish a winning line.

And What About The Betting Options And Special Features?

Twisted Turbine comes with a grid setup of 5 reels in a formation of 5-3-1-3-5 symbols high and 255 ways to win. This means that the winning combo is made by matching at least 3 identical symbols of the same color in a line from left to right and vice versa.

To put it in other words, the color of the symbol that lands on the middle reel will determine the color of the winning combination.

Why is this important, you may ask?

We’ll get to that shortly but first, you need to place your bets which range from €0,20 to €100,00 per spin. It’s quite an optimal betting range suitable for both high and low stake rollers.

The title is of high volatility and may produce wins of up to 5,918x the bet. The game’s RTP is on the positive side at 96,51% which is above an industry average of 96%.

It’s time for the features explanation so first things first, this edition comes with a Avalanche Reels feature also known as the Cascading Wins feature that will see winning symbols get removed from the grid allowing new ones to drop in.

Previously mentioned Turbine Robots have their Meters positioned just next to them. By landing 2 consecutive winning hands of corresponding symbols ( Red or Blue) the Meters get filled.

Now once the bottom meter gets filled the whole reels will rotate 180 degrees creating new opportunities to land wins. This way another feature kicks in, the Rotation Multiplier which increases with each turn a turbine takes up to a maximum x20 multiplier in the base game.

After the sequence is completed and wins are awarded the multiplier resets back to the original x1. On the other hand, should you manage to land 3, 4 or 5 Scatters anywhere on the reels you will trigger 10, 15 or 20 Free Spins respectively.

During this feature the rotating multiplier increases up to a maximum number of x50 and moreover 3 or 4 more Scatters will bring you 10 or 15 extra spins free of charge.
