The Wizard of Oz slot game is based upon Dorothy and her adventures in Oz. The game is full of symbols that you will recognise from the popular 1939 film ‘The Wizard of Oz’ such as; Dorothy, The Wicked Witch, Ruby Slippers, Toto, The Emerald City, Tornados, The Wizard of Oz’s State Fair Hot Air Balloon and much more.

The coin size in the online slot game can be amended from £0.01 up to £5, which means that you can spend anywhere between £0.01 and £150 on each spin.

Slot Features

The ‘Jackpot’ symbol in the game could allow players to walk away with as much as a $50,000 cash prize! It has the highest multiplier in the game and will pay out a 100x multiplier for three symbols, a 1,000x multiplier for four symbols and a mind-boggling 10,000 x multiplier for five symbols. Please note that you have to have these symbols on an active pay line, to pick up a win.

The games wild symbol is the ‘Wizard of Oz’ logo. This symbol will try and replace other symbols in the game (excluding the Emerald City and Jackpot symbols), to give you a winning line.

During the base game, you could get lucky and come across the beautiful Good Witch Glinda. Glinda shows up in her magical bubble at random and will turn between one and five of the reels completely wild. Once again the Wild symbol cannot replicate the Jackpot or Emerald City symbols.

If three Emerald City symbols appear scattered on the first, third and fifth reels, then you will be asked to select one of the symbols to see what’s hidden beneath it. Behind each of the Emerald City symbols will either be a prize amount, access to the Winged Monkey feature, or the Emerald City feature.

The Winged Monkey Feature awards players with eight free spins on the game. If you come across the ‘Winged Monkey Wild’ symbol during your free spins, then the monkeys will fly onto screen and randomly change some of the symbols wild. You can also win an additional eight free spins, by bringing up three or more flying monkey symbols on screen.

If you manage to win access to the Emerald City Feature, then you simply need to select one of the beautiful Emeralds shown on screen. This will either reward you with a cash prize, a character bonus round, or access to the Emerald City itself.

There are four different character bonus lands that you could be sent to; the Scarecrow’s Cornfield, the Tin Man’s Apple Orchard, the Cowardly Lion’s Dark Forest or the Wicked Witch’s Castle. Each of the bonus rounds will ask you to select a Gold Charm, which will either reveal one of the characters from the game, or an emerald. The more characters you manage to find the better, as this means you will get a higher prize once you visit the Wizard of Oz at the end of the bonus round.
