Gold Fish is a five reel, fixed twenty-five pay line video slot game by WMS. The game boasts an impressive 6 different features, as well as a wild symbol.

About Gold Fish

The Gold Fish slot game is set inside an aquarium containing a range of different brightly coloured Fish, Turtles, Hermit Crabs, Weed, Sea Anemone and Nets etc. The game is a treasure to behold, and we loved that we got to watch different fish swim slowly past the background of the reels as we played.

Betting Options

As the Gold Fish slot game has so many different features to enjoy, WMS has made a couple of changes to how the games total bet is worked out. The pay lines are multiplied by the coin size like normal; however, there is also an additional ‘Feature Bet’ to take into consideration. The feature bet is worked out by multiplying you coin size by ten. So, if you decide to bet £0.02 per pay line, your feature bet would be £0.20. The minimum wager you can make per spin is £0.35 and the maximum £105.

Slot Features

The cute Gold Fish symbol is the games Wild symbol, and this smiling fish can replace each and every other symbol in the game, except the Fish Food symbol. This symbol also has the highest multiplier in the game.

After any spin on the game, the fish feature can be randomly triggered. This happens when one of the five differently coloured fish jumps into a fish bowl. Each of the fish has a different feature associated with it;

Gold Fish – Rewards 5, 8, 10, 15 or 20 free spins, with a multiplier of 2x, 3x, 5x, 7x, or 10x your total winnings. Don’t end up winning anything? Then you will win the 2x consolation prize.
Purple Fish – Blows three bubbles, each of the bubbles will contain a number between 0 and 9. The order that the bubbles land in will be the multiplier you will win. This can range from 15x to 984x your line bet.
Red Fish – Select the Clam, Castle or Chest Bubble to win a reward. If one of the fish swimming in the bowl kisses your chosen reward, it will increase its value.
Green Fish – Pop a bubble to reveal a multiplier. The multiplier will range from 10x to 500 x your line bet.
Blue Fish – This awards players with 1, 2 or 3 Super Scatter spins. During your Super Scatter spins, there are no set pay lines in the game. This means that you can pick up a win by having matching symbols anywhere on screen. Only one symbol is counted per reel, per winning combination.

The sixth and final feature in the game can be triggered by bringing up 3 of the Scattered Fish Food symbols on screen. This bonus round simply requires you to open different tubs of fish food, to try and find 3 or more matching foods. If you find 3 lots of turtle food, then you will also get to select 1 of the 3 turtles on screen to win an additional prize.
