Videoslots.com

In 2011, a group of Swedish gaming enthusiasts decided to launch an online casino that will become ''a well-known and respected brand.'' Clear vision and years of experience helped them to achieve this goal and give the gaming community a fun place packed with top-notch software. With licenses from Malta, UK and Curacao, the site is internationally friendly and welcomes players from all parts of the world. A wide variety of games and frequent promotional gifts coupled with reliable customer services have kept this casino at the top of the online industry for years. Based in Malta, they invite customers to visit the headquarters for a one of a kind office tour.

Extensive Software Selection

Home to leading software providers, the site offers nearly 2000 games of all categories, which is one of the largest libraries currently available online. Named after the most popular casino game ever, the site lives up to its name with a huge amount of classic, contemporary and progressive slots with high-definition graphics and diverse features for more fun and more winning chances. Card game variants closely follow in terms of number and quality: you can hit the tables and choose between blackjack, baccarat, roulette or video poker.

To keep up with the industry trends the platform undergoes regular updates to include latest releases from more than 30 studios. Best-known among the featured providers are Net Entertainment, Microgaming and NextGen, but you will have many other options at your disposal as well.

Easy to Use

Starting from the registration page, Video Slots provides a simple and quick navigation every step of the way. Search functions are elaborate and easy to use - instead of browsing through thousands of games, you can look for specific features that you're most interested in, such as the number of pay-lines, wilds, multipliers or other gameplay mechanics. Jackpots are placed in a separate section and you can check trackers for current progressives or largest wins. Each bonuses has its own tab on the homepage, so you can get a quick insight into the offering that you're interested in. All games load instantly in your browser, without the need for downloads or apps of any kind.

Promotional Offering

New customers may opt for a two-part welcome package and receive both free cash and a match bonus upon depositing for the first time. Active players are rewarded frequently through various means with free and deposit-based bonuses. Casino Races are hosted every week with a huge prize pool of €60,000. Players get to spin their favorite slots for a chance to win a share of the prize. In addition, there is a loyalty program based on wagering-free cashbacks.

In 2015, the site launched a unique tournament feature called Battle of Slots. You can get freerolls without buy-ins to slot battles and compete for cash prizes, free spins and other rewards.

Customer Support

Help is available through multiple channels including telephone, e-mail and live chat. Before contacting the support, you can try and find answers on the FAQ page, where information regarding games, bonuses, technical and financial aspects is related in detail. Players have praised the site's agents as reliable and quick to respond to inquiries.

Our Take

This casino has a huge offering of games where the focus is primarily on slots, and all promotional incentives are mostly slot-based as well. Still, their card games offering is more than decent, so you will be able to diversify. Low deposit limits accommodate players with tight budgets, and there is a generous monthly cash-out limit in case you hit bigger wins. Multiple languages, currencies and banking options support different preferences of their large, international player-base. Some bonus terms are not very favorable, limiting free bonus winnings, paying out bonus money in increments and imposing high wagering requirements in order to withdraw wins from free offers. Players have reported consistently fast payouts and good customer services.
